Droṇa-parva Adhyāya 114 — Karṇa–Bhīmasena Missile Exchange, Disarmament, and Arjuna’s Intervention

आयत्यां च तदात्वे च श्रेयो राज्ञोडभिरक्षणम्‌ | जानीषे मम वीर्य त्वं तव चाहमरिंदम

āyatyāṃ ca tadātve ca śreyo rājño ḍabhirakṣaṇam | jānīṣe mama vīrya tvaṃ tava cāham ariṃdama

Sañjaya said: “Both for the future and for the present moment, it is best that the king be protected by you. You know my prowess, and I know yours, O subduer of foes.”
