धृष्टद्युम्नस्तथा राजन सौभद्रश्न महारथ: । हृष्टावाद्रवतां भीष्म॑ श्रुत्वा पार्थस्य भाषितम्,राजन! पार्थका वह भाषण सुनकर धृष्टद्युम्न तथा सुभद्राकुमार महारथी अभिमन्यु--ये दोनों वीर हर्ष और उत्साहमें भरकर भीष्मकी ओर दौड़े
dhṛṣṭadyumnas tathā rājan saubhadraś ca mahārathaḥ | hṛṣṭāv ādravatāṁ bhīṣmaṁ śrutvā pārthasya bhāṣitam ||
Sañjaya said: O King, Dhrishtadyumna and the mighty chariot-warrior Saubhadra (Abhimanyu), hearing the words spoken by Partha (Arjuna), were filled with joy and ardor and rushed straight toward Bhishma. The verse highlights how a leader’s resolve and speech can kindle courage in allies, turning inner conviction into swift, disciplined action on the battlefield.
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that Dhrishtadyumna and Abhimanyu, encouraged by Arjuna’s words, surge forward enthusiastically to engage Bhishma in battle.
