Adhyāya 90: Babhruvāhana’s Reception and the Commencement of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Aśvamedha

सभार्य: सह पुत्रेण सस्नुषस्तपसि स्थित: । बभूव शुक्‍्लवृत्त: स धर्मात्मा नियतेन्द्रिय:,वे अपनी स्त्री, पुत्र और पुत्रवधूके साथ रहकर तपस्यामें संलग्न थे। ब्राह्मणदेवता शुद्ध आचार-विचारसे रहनेवाले धर्मात्मा और जितेन्द्रिय थे

sabhāryaḥ saha putreṇa sasnuṣas tapasi sthitaḥ | babhūva śuklavṛttaḥ sa dharmātmā niyatendriyaḥ ||

Living together with his wife, his son, and his daughter-in-law, he remained devoted to austerity. That Brahmin, steadfast in pure conduct, was righteous in spirit and disciplined in his senses.
