Vaiśampāyana said: 'Having gone to the clan of the Vṛṣṇis and Andhakas, he will learn the science of archery; and he will also acquire diverse and wondrous weapons, along with the pure treatise on polity and right conduct.' The statement frames martial training as incomplete without disciplined ethical and political instruction, suggesting that power must be guided by nīti.

Educational Q&A

Martial skill (dhanurveda and astras) should be paired with nīti—ethical and political discipline—so that strength serves dharma rather than personal impulse.

Vaiśampāyana reports a plan/prediction that the person in question will go to the Vṛṣṇi–Andhaka community to be trained in archery, advanced weaponry, and the principles of right conduct and governance.
