बिल्वप्रहारैस्तस्याथ व्यशीर्यद्‌ बन्धनं ततः

Transliteration

bilvaprahāraistasyātha vyaśīryad bandhanaṃ tataḥ

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: Then, struck repeatedly with bilva blows, his bondage was torn apart; thus the restraint that held him was broken and he was set free from that binding.
