Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)

समेत्य तत्र राजानं धर्मात्मानं युधिष्ठिरम्‌ । समनुज्ञाप्य राजान स्वां पुरी यातुमहसि,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--राजन्‌! भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णकी बात सुनकर अर्जुनने कहा --'श्रीकृष्ण! अब हमलोग यहाँसे हस्तिनापुरको चलें। वहाँ धर्मात्मा राजा युधिष्ठिरसे मिलकर और उनकी आज्ञा लेकर आप अपनी पुरीको पधारें"

sametya tatra rājānaṁ dharmātmānaṁ yudhiṣṭhiram | samanujñāpya rājan svāṁ purī yātum arhasi ||

Vaiśampāyana said: “O King, having gone there and met the righteous-souled King Yudhiṣṭhira, and having obtained his permission, you should then depart for your own city.”
