Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
गुरुउ्वाच इत्युक्तास्ते तु मुनयो गुरुणा ब्रह्मणा तथा । कृतवन्तो महात्मानस्ततो लोकमवाप्नुवन्,गुरुने कहा--बेटा! ब्रह्माजीके इस प्रकार उपदेश देनेपर उन महात्मा मुनियोंने इसीके अनुसार आचरण किया। इससे उन्हें उत्तम लोककी प्राप्ति हुई
guruḥ uvāca ity uktās te tu munayo guruṇā brahmaṇā tathā | kṛtavanto mahātmānas tato lokam avāpnuvan ||
Vāyu said: Thus addressed by their teacher—Brahmā himself—those great-souled sages acted exactly in accordance with his instruction. By that faithful practice, they attained an excellent realm. The passage underscores that true spiritual gain comes not merely from hearing counsel, but from disciplined conduct aligned with the guru’s teaching.
