स सर्पसत्रात् किल नो मोक्षयिष्यति वीर्यवान् | एवं पितामह: पूर्वमुक्तवांस्तु सुरै: सह,वह शक्तिशाली मुनिकुमार ही हमलोगोंको जनमेजयके सर्पयज्ञमें जलनेसे बचायेगा; यह बात पहले देवताओंके साथ भगवान् ब्रह्माजीने कही थी
sa sarpasatrāt kila no mokṣayiṣyati vīryavān | evaṃ pitāmahaḥ pūrvam uktavāṃs tu suraiḥ saha ||
Takṣaka said: “That mighty one will indeed deliver us from the serpent-sacrifice. This was declared long ago by the Grandsire Brahmā, together with the gods.”
