शत्रुनाशनम्। इन्द्रेण मन्युना वयमभि ष्याम पृतन्यतः । घ्नन्तो वृत्राण्यप्रति
śatrunā́śanam | índreṇa manyúnā vayám abhí syāma pṛtanyatáḥ | ghnántaḥ vṛtrā́ṇy apratí
For the destruction of the foe: With Indra, with battle-wrath, may we press upon the battling enemy, smiting the Vr̥tra-like obstacles, irresistible.
