Sukta 25
पापमोचनम्। वायोः सवितुर्विदथानि मन्महे यावात्मन्वद् विशथो यौ च रक्षथः । यौ विश्वस्य परिभू बभूवथुस्तौ नो मुञ्चतमंहसः
pāpamócanam | vāyóḥ savitúr vidáthāni manmahe yā́v ātmanvád viśáthó yáu ca rákṣathaḥ | yáu víśvasya paribhū́ babhū́vathus táu no muñcatam áṁhasaḥ
For release from evil: We ponder the ordinances of Vāyu and of Savitar—ye twain who, full of vital power, enter in, and who also guard; ye who have become the encompassing lords of all—do ye release us from distress and sin.
