Sukta 22
सिंहप्रतीको विशो अद्धि सर्वा व्याघ्रप्रतीकोऽव बाधस्व शत्रून्। एकवृष इन्द्रसखा जिगीवां छत्रूयतामा खिदा भोजनानि
siṁhá-pratīkaḥ víśo addhí sárvā vyā́ghra-pratīko ’vá bādhasva śátrūn | éka-vṛ́ṣa índra-sakha jigīvā́n chatrūyatā́m ā́ khida bhójanāni ||
Lion-visaged, devour all the peoples; tiger-visaged, beat down the foes. Sole Bull, Indra’s friend, victorious: drain hither the provisions of them that would play the enemy.
