What is a binding, yet not a binding; a loosening—yea, a loosening—what is no binding at all: Indra-born, Soma-born, thou art Atharvanic, a crusher of the tiger.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (seer not specified in the provided excerpt; commonly attributed within Atharvan/Āṅgiras lineages by anukramaṇī)
Devata: The Atharvanic charm/medicine personified; with Indra and Soma as generative powers
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh (probable; to be confirmed against pada-count in a critical edition)
