Sukta 41

राष्ट्रं बलमोजश्च। भद्रमिच्छन्त ऋषयः स्वर्विदस्तपो दीक्षामुपनिषेदुरग्रे । ततो राष्ट्रं बलमोजश्च जातं तदस्मै देवा उपसंनमन्तु

rā́ṣṭraṁ bálam ójaś ca | bhadrám ícchanta ṛ́ṣayaḥ svàr-vidás tápo dīkṣā́m upaníṣedur ágre | táto rā́ṣṭraṁ bálam ójaś ca jā́taṁ tád asmai devā́ upasáṁnamantu ||

Realm, and strength, and vigour: seeking the auspicious good, the Seers—finders of heaven—sat down at first to tapas and consecration. Thence were realm and strength and vigour born: to him let the Gods draw near and do obeisance.
