Sukta 11
शान्तिः। शं नः सत्यस्य पतयो भवन्तु शं नो अर्वन्तः शमु सन्तु गावः । शं न ऋभवः सुकृतः सुहस्ताः शं नो भवतु पितरो हवेषु
śā́ntiḥ | śáṃ naḥ satyásya pátayo bhavantu | śáṃ no árvantaḥ śám u santu gā́vaḥ || śáṃ na ŕ̥bhavaḥ sukṛ́taḥ suhástāḥ | śáṃ no bhavatu pitáro havéṣu ||
Peace. Weal unto us—may the lords of Truth be gracious; weal unto us—may our steeds be weal, yea, and may the cows be weal. Weal unto us—may the R̥bhus, skilful and good-handed, be gracious; weal unto us—may the Fathers be gracious at our invocations.
