कृत्रिमः कण्टकः शतदन् य एषः । अपास्याः केश्यं मलमप शीर्षण्यं लिखात्
kṛtrímaḥ kaṇṭákaḥ śatá-dan yá eṣáḥ | apāsyā́ḥ keśyáṃ málam ápa śīrṣaṇyáṃ likhā́t ||
This fashioned thorn, this hundred-toothed point—let it scrape away, cast off, the hair-born filth, the head’s impurity.
