कलौ धर्मसुलभता — व्यासोपाख्यानम् एवं संकीर्तन-प्रधानता
तत् सर्वं श्रोतुम् इच्छामो न चेद् गुह्यं महामुने तत् कथ्यतां ततो हृत्स्थं पृच्छामस् त्वां प्रयोजनम्
tat sarvaṃ śrotum icchāmo na ced guhyaṃ mahāmune tat kathyatāṃ tato hṛtsthaṃ pṛcchāmas tvāṃ prayojanam
Kami ingin mendengar semuanya, wahai resi agung, jika itu bukan rahasia. Maka nyatakanlah; sebab tujuan yang tersimpan di dalam hati kami, itulah yang kami tanyakan kepadamu.
Maitreya (addressing Sage Parāśara)
