ऋभु–निदाघ-संवादः—अद्वैत-उपदेशः, समता, वासुदेव-स्वरूप-एकत्वम्
अपि ते परमा तृप्तिर् उत्पन्ना तुष्टिर् एव च अपि ते मानसं स्वस्थम् आहारेण कृतं द्विज
api te paramā tṛptir utpannā tuṣṭir eva ca api te mānasaṃ svastham āhāreṇa kṛtaṃ dvija
Apakah dalam dirimu telah timbul kepuasan tertinggi, juga rasa puas sejati? Wahai dwija, apakah makanan membuat batinmu tenang dan teguh?

This verse treats food as more than sustenance: proper nourishment should yield true satiety and mental steadiness, aligning daily life with dharma.
He frames contentment as an observable outcome—if the mind is calm and satisfied after eating, the act of nourishment has fulfilled its rightful purpose.
Even when Vishnu is not named, the teaching supports Vaishnava dharma: regulated living and inner clarity uphold the cosmic order ultimately sustained by Vishnu as the Supreme Reality.
