दुर्वासाशापः, क्षीरसागरमन्थनम्, श्रीः (लक्ष्मी) उद्भवः तथा श्रीस्तुतिः
यद् योगिनः सदोद्युक्ताः पुण्यपापक्षये ऽक्षयम् पश्यन्ति प्रणवे चिन्त्यं तद् विष्णोः परमं पदम्
yad yoginaḥ sadodyuktāḥ puṇyapāpakṣaye 'kṣayam paśyanti praṇave cintyaṃ tad viṣṇoḥ paramaṃ padam
Realitas tak-binasā yang disaksikan para yogi yang senantiasa tekun ketika pahala dan dosa telah luruh—dikontemplasikan sebagai Pranava (Oṁ)—itulah kedudukan tertinggi Viṣṇu.
Sage Parāśara (teaching Maitreya)
This verse presents Oṃ as the meditative symbol through which yogins contemplate and directly behold the imperishable Reality identified with Vishnu’s supreme abode.
He frames liberation as arising when the binding effects of both virtue and vice are exhausted, allowing the yogin’s vision to rest in the imperishable—Vishnu’s highest state.
Vishnu is affirmed as the ultimate, imperishable goal of yogic realization—His parama padam is not merely a place but the highest Reality attainable through contemplation and inner vision.
