Transliteration

viṣṇur manvādayaḥ kālaḥ sarvabhūtāni ca dvija sthiter nimittabhūtasya viṣṇor etā vibhūtayaḥ

Translation

Wahai yang dua kali lahir, Viṣṇu, para Manu dan lainnya, Waktu itu sendiri, serta semua makhluk—itulah vibhūti Viṣṇu, yang menjadi dasar kausal dan sarana pemeliharaan kelangsungan dunia.
