Sacred learning is not merely textual acquisition; it requires humility and right relationship (maryādā) with the teacher. Disrespect corrupts knowledge, and even the teacher who enables such misconduct shares moral liability.
This is not sarga/pratisarga/vaṃśa material; it aligns best with didactic dharma instruction embedded within purāṇic narration (often treated under ācāra/dharma-anuśāsana, adjacent to vāṃśānucarita frames but not itself genealogical).
Carrying a stone on the head symbolizes the weight of misused learning and the burden of adharma: knowledge gained through arrogance becomes a “dead weight” rather than a liberating light (vidyā).
