अपतन्भूतले पार्थ च्छिन्नाभ्राणीव सर्वशः । ततस्तद्दानवं सैन्यं हतनाथमभूत्तदा
apatanbhūtale pārtha cchinnābhrāṇīva sarvaśaḥ | tatastaddānavaṃ sainyaṃ hatanāthamabhūttadā
Mereka jatuh ke bumi, wahai Partha, di mana-mana—bagaikan awan yang terkoyak. Kemudian pasukan Danava itu menjadi tanpa pemimpin, karena panglimanya telah terbunuh.
