Umāyāḥ Kriyāyoga-Rahasya
The Esoteric Teaching on Umā’s Kriyāyoga

Tattva Level: pashu
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Sthala Purana: No Jyotirliṅga linkage; the verse teaches the psychology of merit: witnessing a sacred act and forming a future-oriented resolve becomes a causal seed (saṃskāra) for later performance.
Significance: Encourages pilgrims/observers of temple works to form saṅkalpa; even deferred capacity becomes spiritually productive through intention and remembrance.
Shakti Form: Gaurī
Role: teaching
It teaches that even mental contemplation and sincere resolve toward a righteous act (especially Shiva-oriented worship and dharma) plants a subtle merit that ripens into future capacity and accomplishment.
In Shaiva practice, seeing others perform Linga-worship and forming the inner vow to do the same when able is itself a preparatory bhakti-samskara—turning the mind toward Saguna Shiva and making future worship easier and more fruitful.
Cultivate sankalpa: after witnessing Shiva-puja, silently resolve to perform Linga-abhisheka, japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), and charity on Mahashivratri or auspicious tithis when resources permit.
