It presents yoga as a sanctified power that culminates in Self-centered insight, which is then offered to Śiva; liberation is shown as arising through inner realization supported by Śiva’s grace.
In Shaiva Siddhanta, Saguna worship (such as Linga-upāsanā) matures the devotee toward inner steadiness; that ripened yoga becomes fit to receive and convey ātma-knowledge under Śiva (Deveśa), the compassionate Lord.
A clear takeaway is sustained yogic meditation (dhyāna leading to samādhi) supported by devotion to Śiva—ideally alongside mantra-japa such as the Panchākṣarī (Om Namaḥ Śivāya) to stabilize the mind and awaken inward knowledge.
