वामदेव उवाच । भगवन्सर्वतत्त्वज्ञ षण्मुखामृतवारिधे । गुरुत्वं कथमेतेषां यतीनाम्भावितात्मनाम्

vāmadeva uvāca | bhagavansarvatattvajña ṣaṇmukhāmṛtavāridhe | gurutvaṃ kathameteṣāṃ yatīnāmbhāvitātmanām

Vāmadeva berkata: “Wahai Bhagavan, pengenal segala tattva, wahai samudra amṛta bermuka-enam; pada para yati yang batinnya telah terolah ini, bagaimana hakikat keguruan sejati muncul?”
