The Disruption of Madhuvana and Dadhimukha’s Complaint
श्रुत्वा हनुमतो वाक्यं हरीणां प्रवरोऽङ्गदः।।5.62.2।।प्रत्युवाच प्रसन्नात्मा पिबन्तु हरयो मधु।
śrutvā hanumato vākyaṃ harīṇāṃ pravaro 'ṅgadaḥ | pratyuvāca prasannātmā pibantu harayo madhu ||5.62.2||
Setelah mendengar ucapan Hanumān, Aṅgada—yang utama di antara para vānarā—menjawab dengan hati gembira: “Biarlah para vānarā meminum madu.”
Pleased with Hanuman's words, the distinguished Angada permitted the monkeys to drink.
Dharma in governance includes granting or withholding permission responsibly; leadership decisions should be deliberate and tied to context, not mere impulse.
After Hanumān’s successful news, Aṅgada authorizes the troop to partake of honey in Madhuvana.
