Transliteration

virodhe ca mahad yuddham abhavad romaharṣaṇam | śitikaṇṭhasya viṣṇoś ca paraspara-jigīṣuṇoḥ || 1.75.16 ||

Translation

Dari pertentangan itu timbullah perang besar yang menggetarkan bulu roma, antara Śitikaṇṭha (Śiva) dan Viṣṇu, keduanya saling berhasrat menaklukkan.
