Transliteration

yāvat sthāsyanti girayaḥ saritaś ca mahītale | tāvad rāmāyaṇa-kathā lokeṣu pracariṣyati || 1.2.36 ||

Translation

Selama gunung-gunung dan sungai-sungai masih tegak di muka bumi, selama itu pula kisah Rāmāyaṇa akan tersiar di seluruh loka.
