स कृत्वा निश्चयं विष्णुरामन्त्र्य च पितामहम्।अन्तर्धानं गतो देवै: पूज्यमानो महर्षिभि:।।।।
sa kṛtvā niścayaṃ viṣṇur āmantrya ca pitāmaham |
antardhānaṃ gato devaiḥ pūjyamāno maharṣibhiḥ ||1.16.10||
Setelah menetapkan tekadnya, Viṣṇu berpamitan kepada Pitāmaha (Brahmā); dipuja oleh para dewa dan para maharṣi, Ia pun lenyap dari pandangan mereka.
After Visnu had decided (to incarnate) and he was worshipped by devatas and maharshis he disappeared bidding farewell to Brahma.
Dharma requires decisive commitment (niścaya) and respectful coordination with rightful authority (Brahmā), showing that even divine action follows order and propriety.
Viṣṇu resolves upon a course of action (the avatāra plan) and departs after due leave-taking and honors.
Resolve joined with humility—firm purpose without discarding respect and protocol.
