सीतान्वेषणारम्भः
The Search for Sita Begins
एवं स विलपन्रामस्सीताहरणकर्शितः।दीनश्शोकसमाविष्टो मुहूर्तं विह्वलोऽभवत्।।।।
evaṃ sa vilapan rāmaḥ sītāharaṇakarśitaḥ |
dīnaḥ śokasamāviṣṭo muhūrtaṃ vihvalo 'bhavat ||
Demikianlah Rama, yang tersiksa oleh penculikan Sita, meratap; ia menjadi sangat murung, diliputi duka, dan sejenak terhuyung dalam kebingungan.
