Melihat Rama berdiri seorang diri, dikepung dari segala arah oleh ribuan yang tak terhitung, para dewa, Gandharwa, Siddha, dan para maharṣi pun diliputi duka.
Seeing Rama left alone surrounded by many thousands of demons, the gods, ghandarvas and siddhas became very sad.
Dharma is shown as steadfastness in a righteous cause even when one stands alone; the verse underscores that the moral struggle is witnessed by higher beings and carries cosmic weight.
Rama is seen alone, encircled by a vast hostile force, prompting celestial beings and sages to feel anxious sorrow at the imbalance of numbers.
Rama’s courage and resolve—facing overwhelming opposition without abandoning his righteous duty.
