गुरुपत्नी तु युवती नाभिवाद्या तु पादयोः । कुर्वीत वंदनं भूम्यामसावहमिति ब्रुवन्

gurupatnī tu yuvatī nābhivādyā tu pādayoḥ | kurvīta vaṃdanaṃ bhūmyāmasāvahamiti bruvan

Namun bila istri guru masih muda, jangan memberi salam dengan menyentuh kakinya; hendaknya bersujud menunduk ke tanah dan berkata, “Akulah dia (muridmu).”
