The Greatness of the Hymn to Tulasī

तुलसी दहते पापं कीर्तने रोपणे कलौ । तुलस्यमृतजन्मासि सदा त्वं केशवप्रिये

tulasī dahate pāpaṃ kīrtane ropaṇe kalau | tulasyamṛtajanmāsi sadā tvaṃ keśavapriye

Wahai Tulasī, pada zaman Kali engkau membakar dosa melalui pemuliaan (namamu) dan melalui penanamanmu. Terlahir dari amṛta, engkau senantiasa terkasih bagi Keśava (Viṣṇu).
