यस्तंबलान्निबध्नाति स्ववीर्यबलदर्पितः । तस्मात्प्रसभमानेयः परिरक्षाकरैर्हयः
yastaṃbalānnibadhnāti svavīryabaladarpitaḥ | tasmātprasabhamāneyaḥ parirakṣākarairhayaḥ
Barang siapa, karena congkak atas keperkasaan dan kekuatannya sendiri, mengikat kuda itu dengan paksa, maka kuda itu hendaknya dibawa kembali oleh para penjaga, sekalipun dengan paksaan.
