Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: vira
It presents ideal leadership as rooted in devotion to Vishnu (Hṛṣīkeśa): a king who is truly bhakta not only practices dharma personally but actively awakens society toward it.
Bhakti is shown as allegiance to the Purāṇa Puruṣottama (Vishnu) that naturally expresses itself as compassionate guidance—motivating others toward sacred duties, vows, and tirtha-oriented piety.
While no specific Vedanga is named, the verse reflects applied dharma-nīti: organizing communal observance through formal public proclamation (paṭaha), aligning social order with religious practice.
