Adhyaya 34Madālāsā’s Instruction on Sadācāra (Householder Conduct, Purity, and Daily Rites)

विद्याधिकस्य गुर्विण्या भारार्तस्य यवीयसः ।

मूकान्धबधिराणाञ्च मत्तस्योन्मत्तकस्य च ॥

vidyādhikasya gurviṇyā bhārārtasya yavīyasaḥ |

mūkāndha-badhirāṇāñ ca mattasyonmattakasya ca ||

Berilah hak mendahului kepada yang lebih unggul dalam ilmu, perempuan hamil, orang yang terbebani beban, yang lebih muda (patut dipertimbangkan), serta kepada bisu, buta, tuli, juga yang mabuk dan yang gila.
