Chapter 55
लोहितेन समायुक्तै: पांसुभि: पवनोद्धृतै: । बभूवुर्लोहितास्तत्र भृूशमादित्यरश्मय:,वायुद्वारा उड़ायी हुई रक्तसे सनी धूलके संसर्गसे आकाशमें सूर्यकी किरणें भी अधिक लाल हो गयीं
lohitenā samāyuktaiḥ pāṃsubhiḥ pavanoddhṛtaiḥ | babhūvur lohitās tatra bhṛśam ādityaraśmayaḥ ||
Waiśampāyana berkata: Didorong angin, debu yang bercampur darah memenuhi udara; dan di sana, sinar matahari sendiri tampak sangat merah. Medan perang menjadi pekat oleh debu dan asap; karena butiran yang berlumur darah, cahaya surya pun seolah berwarna darah.
