उत्तर उवाच
The verse highlights the ethical dimension of martial duty: strength and skill in warfare are acknowledged, yet they are framed as disciplined capacities belonging to a wise warrior. It underscores respect for capable allies and the responsible use of power in a dharmic context.
Uttara is identifying and praising a set of brilliant, sun-like arrows, stating that they can destroy entire groups of enemies, and attributing these extraordinary missiles to the wise Sahadeva.
