सिन्धोश्व प्रभवं गत्वा सिद्धगन्धर्वसेवितम् । तत्रोष्य रजनी: पज्च विन्देद् बहुसुवर्णकम्
Sindhoś ca prabhavaṁ gatvā siddhagandharvasevitam | tatroṣya rajanīḥ pañca vinded bahusuvarṇakam ||
Dengan pergi ke sumber Sungai Sindhu—tīrtha suci yang kerap didatangi para Siddha dan Gandharva—dan tinggal di sana selama lima malam dalam laku disiplin, seseorang memperoleh emas yang berlimpah.
घुलस्त्य उवाच
The verse links material gain to dharmic conduct: prosperity is portrayed as the result of pilgrimage and self-restraint (staying/observing for five nights at a sanctified site), emphasizing that wealth should arise from merit and discipline rather than harm or deceit.
Ghūlastya describes a specific tīrtha—the source of the Sindhu—honored by Siddhas and Gandharvas, and states the fruit of performing a five-night observance there: the pilgrim is said to obtain abundant gold.
