आरण्यकपर्वणि अध्यायः २१६ — इन्द्र-स्कन्द-संमुखता वज्रप्रहारश्च
Indra approaches Skanda; vajra strike and the arising of Viśākha
त्वया विनिकृता माता पिता च द्विजसत्तम | अनिसृष्टोडसि निष्क्रान्तो गृहात् ताभ्यामनिन्दित
tvayā vinikṛtā mātā pitā ca dvijasattama | anisṛṣṭo 'si niṣkrānto gṛhāt tābhyām anindita ||
Sang pemburu berkata: “Wahai yang terbaik di antara para brāhmaṇa, engkau telah berbuat salah terhadap ibumu dan ayahmu. Tanpa dilepas oleh mereka, engkau telah keluar dari rumah—meski oleh kelahiran engkau tak tercela.”
