Educational Q&A

Firm resolve (viniścaya) should be expressed clearly, yet one should proceed with humility and proper decorum—seeking consent and honoring the counselor/elder. Determination is strengthened, not diminished, by respectful relationship and disciplined conduct.

After conversing with Kṛṣṇa (Keśava/Janārdana) and stating his settled decision, Arjuna receives Kṛṣṇa’s permission, embraces him, and then returns—signaling the close of counsel and the transition from deliberation to action.
