निदेशस्थाविमौ यस्य मानसस्तस्य सेत्स्यते । संकल्पो धर्मराजस्य निश्चयो मे तदाभवत्‌,ये दोनों महात्मा जिनकी आज्ञाका पालन करनेके लिये सदा उद्यत रहते हैं, उन धर्मराज युधिष्ठिरका मानसिक संकल्प अवश्य सिद्ध होगा; यही उस समय मेरा निश्चय हुआ था

nideśasthāv imau yasya mānasas tasya setsyate | saṅkalpo dharmarājasya niścayo me tadābhavat ||

Sañjaya berkata: Bila dua jiwa agung seperti mereka selalu siap melaksanakan perintah seseorang, maka tekad batin orang itu pasti berhasil. Karena itu, saat itu aku menjadi yakin bahwa maksud Dharmarāja Yudhiṣṭhira sungguh akan terpenuhi.
