उद्योगपर्व — अध्याय 33: धृतराष्ट्र-विदुर संवादः (विदुरनीतिः)
सत्येन रक्ष्यते धर्मो विद्या योगेन रक्ष्यते । मृजया रक्ष्यते रूप॑ कुल वृत्तेन रक्ष्यते
satyena rakṣyate dharmo vidyā yogena rakṣyate | mṛjayā rakṣyate rūpaṁ kulaṁ vṛttena rakṣyate ||
Dharma dijaga oleh kebenaran; pengetahuan dijaga oleh yoga—laku disiplin. Keindahan dipelihara oleh kebersihan, dan martabat garis keluarga dipelihara oleh perilaku yang baik.
