तस्य स्मरन्ती वचनमाशंसे विजयं तव । तस्मात् तात ब्रवीमि त्वां वक्ष्यामि च पुनः पुनः:,उस ब्राह्णकी बातको याद करके मैं यह आशा करती हूँ कि तेरी विजय होगी। तात! इसीलिये मैं बार-बार तुझसे कहती हूँ और कहती रहूँगी
tasya smarantī vacanam āśaṃse vijayaṃ tava | tasmāt tāta bravīmi tvāṃ vakṣyāmi ca punaḥ punaḥ ||
Mengingat kata-kata itu, aku memelihara harapan bahwa kemenangan akan menjadi milikmu. Karena itu, anakku, aku menasihatimu—dan akan terus menasihatimu berulang kali.
