त्वमिमं पुण्डरीकाक्षमप्रधृष्यं दुरासदम् । पापै: सहायै: संहत्य निग्रहीतुं किलेच्छसि,'सुनता हूँ, तू अपने पापी सहायकोंसे मिलकर इन दुर्धर्ष एवं दुर्जय वीर कमलनयन श्रीकृष्णको कैद करना चाहता है
tvam imaṃ puṇḍarīkākṣam apradhṛṣyaṃ durāsadam | pāpaiḥ sahāyaiḥ saṃhatya nigrahītuṃ kilecchasi ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Kudengar engkau, bersama para pembantu yang berdosa, hendak menangkap dan mengekang Kṛṣṇa yang bermata teratai itu—yang tak terserang dan tak mungkin ditundukkan.”
