Gālava Completes the Horse-Gift: Garuḍa’s Counsel and Viśvāmitra’s Acceptance (गालव-विष्वामित्र-सम्बन्धः)

शते द्वे तु ममाश्वानामीदृशानां द्विजोत्तम | इतरेषां सहस्राणि सुबहूनि चरन्ति मे

śate dve tu mamāśvānām īdṛśānāṃ dvijottama | itareṣāṃ sahasrāṇi subahūni caranti me ||

Nārada berkata: “Wahai brahmana termulia, kuda seperti yang engkau minta padaku hanya ada dua ratus. Adapun kuda dari jenis lain, beribu-ribu jumlahnya berkeliaran dalam kepunyaanku.”
