Shloka 53
अतः: पर प्रवक्ष्यामि यानि देयानि भारते । वाच्यमाने तु विप्रेभ्यो राजन् पर्वणि पर्वणि
ataḥ paraṁ pravakṣyāmi yāni deyāni bhārate | vācyamāne tu viprebhyo rājan parvaṇi parvaṇi ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata, “Selanjutnya akan kuuraikan persembahan apa saja yang patut diberikan dalam Bhārata (Mahābhārata). Wahai Raja, ketika kisah ini dilantunkan bagi para Brahmana, pada setiap parvan hendaknya dipersembahkan dana yang semestinya.”
