वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse underscores karmic fruition and dharmic vindication: one who has endured hardship with steadfastness and integrity is ultimately honored, here symbolized by Draupadī’s sun-like radiance in Svarga.
In the Svargarohana episode, the narrator describes a vision of Draupadī in heaven—garlanded with lotuses, standing in divine brilliance that seems to pervade and outshine the celestial realm.
