धृतराष्ट्र-सेवा, राज्य-कार्य-विभागः

Service to Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Allocation of State Duties

यान्‌ यानमन्यद्‌ योग्यांश्व येषु येष्विह कर्मसु । तांस्तांस्तेष्वेव युयुजे प्रीयमाणो महीपति:,प्रसन्न हुए महाराज युधिष्ठिरने जिन-जिन लोगोंको जिन-जिन कार्योंके योग्य समझा उन-उनको उन्हीं-उन्हीं कार्योंपर नियुक्त किया

yān yān anyad yogyānś ca yeṣu yeṣv iha karmasu | tāṁs tāṁs teṣv eva yuyuje prīyamāṇo mahīpatiḥ ||

Waiśampāyana berkata: Dengan hati yang gembira, Raja Yudhiṣṭhira menempatkan setiap orang tepat pada tugas yang ia nilai paling sesuai baginya, menugaskan yang tepat pada pekerjaan yang tepat dalam urusan kerajaan.
