दानपात्रापात्र-निर्णयः / Determining Worthy Gifts, Recipients, and Permissible Food
रथं हेममयं शुभ्र॑ शैब्यसुग्रीवयोजितम् । सह सात्यकिना कृष्ण: समास्थायान्वयात् कुरून्,शैब्य और सुग्रीव नामक घोड़ोंसे जुते हुए सुन्दर सुवर्णमय रथपर आखरूढ़ हो सात्यकिसहित श्रीकृष्ण भी कौरवोंके पीछे-पीछे गये
rathaṁ hemamayaṁ śubhraṁ śaibyasugrīvayojitam | saha sātyakinā kṛṣṇaḥ samāsthāyānvayāt kurūn ||
Kṛṣṇa pun, bersama Sātyaki, menaiki kereta indah berkilau dari emas, yang ditarik kuda bernama Śaibya dan Sugrīva, lalu mengikuti di belakang para Kuru.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
Even amid politically charged movement toward conflict, the text highlights disciplined action under rightful guidance: Kṛṣṇa proceeds with clarity and support (Sātyaki), suggesting that dharmic action is deliberate, accountable, and strengthened by loyal companionship.
Vaiśampāyana narrates that Kṛṣṇa, with Sātyaki, mounts a radiant golden chariot yoked to the horses Śaibya and Sugrīva, and follows behind the Kurus as the sequence of events continues.
