आत्मानं च विशेषेण प्रशंसाम्यनपायिनी । यस्य मे त्वं विशालाक्षि भार्या गुणसमन्विता,विशाललोचने! मैं अपनी एवं अपने सौभाग्यकी विशेषरूपसे प्रशंसा करता हूँ, जिसे तुम-जैसी सदगुणवती तथा कभी विलग न होनेवाली पत्नी प्राप्त हुई है
ātmānaṃ ca viśeṣeṇa praśaṃsāmy anapāyinī | yasya me tvaṃ viśālākṣi bhāryā guṇasamanvitā ||
Wahai yang bermata lebar, aku memuji diriku dan keberuntunganku yang tak pernah surut: sebab aku memperoleh engkau sebagai istri—berbudi luhur dan teguh dalam kebersamaan.
